Viveli didn’t begin in a meeting room. It took shape in lift queues and back offices — the 11pm booking, the Monday no-show, the payroll spreadsheet that hid three errors until payday.
The tools schools reached for were built for generic booking, not the chaos of a ski season — so we built what was missing. Every feature began as a problem we saw first-hand: the assignment engine, from managers losing nights matching instructors by hand; the guest CRM, from schools starting over with clients they’d known for years.
